The Philippine Statistics Authority through its Regional Statistical Services Office in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao proudly recognizes LAMSAN, Incorporated for its invaluable support and significant contributions to the Monthly Integrated Survey of Selected Industries (MISSI). The MISSI collects monthly data on employment, compensation, value of production, sales from manufacturing activities, inventories of finished goods, work-in-progress and raw materials and capacity utilization rate from manufacturing establishments.

The awarding ceremony took place during the News Conference on the 2024 Report on the Economic Performance of BARMM, held in Cotabato City. The plaque of recognition was formally presented by PSA-BARMM OIC-Regional Director Engr. Akan G. Tula, with the presence of distinguished officials including Ms. Melanie M. Indar, Director I of Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA); Mr. Jomar S. Garachico, Senior Statistical Specialist of PSA Central Office; Mr. Edward Donald F. Eloja, Chief Statistical Specialist of the Statistical Operations and Coordination Division (SOCD), Dr. Noronisa D. Macadadaya, Officer-In-Charge of Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD), Mr. Naldo G. Pendaliday, Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA-Maguindanao, and Dr. Kadil M. Sinolinding Jr., Minister of Ministry of Health (MOH) BARMM.

LAMSAN, Incorporated has played a pivotal role in the implementation of MISSI by providing technical support, data collection assistance, and logistical expertise, which have greatly enhanced the survey’s comprehensiveness and reliability. Their commitment and cooperation have been instrumental in capturing accurate industry performance data across the BARMM region, enabling the PSA and policymakers to make informed decisions for regional growth and development.

This recognition is a testament to the collaborative efforts between the private sector and government agencies in advancing regional economic initiatives.
