06 January 2023 – Cotabato City. The Philippine Statistics Authority Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PSA-BARMM) conducted the 2020 Annual Survey on Philippine Business and Industry (ASPBI) Regional Data Dissemination Forum on 05 January 2023 at Crystal Hall, EM Manor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City. A total of fifty (50) onsite participants including PSA officials and staff, sample establishments of Maguindanao and Cotabato City, and some media partners attended the activity. This was conducted through a hybrid set-up, of which establishments from Lanao Sur, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Basilan Provinces joined through online.

Welcome Remarks were given by the Officer-In-Charge of Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division, Dr. Noronisa D. Macadaday, and followed by a message delivered by the Officer-In-Charge of PSA-BARMM, Engr. Akan G. Tula. The background of ASPBI and how to accomplish the ASPBI Questionnaire was also shown through an Audio-Video Presentation (AVP). The preliminary results of the 2020 ASPBI Regional Data were presented by the Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA-
BARMM, Mr. Mahmur H. Sarail.

Awarding of a Plaque of Recognition to the top valuable establishments for their support to the conduct of the survey which provides a rich source of information necessary for nation-building highlights the activity, likewise certificates were also awarded, and a token to all the sample establishments involved in the said survey round. List of the said awardees, to wit: 1. San Vicente Academy from Maguindanao and Cotabato City 2. Wao Water District from Lanao Sur; 3. Isabela City Water District from Basilan; and Notre Dame of Jolo Multi-Purpose Cooperative from Sulu provinces.
