The PSA PhilSys Section successfully conducted the 2025 PhilSys Provincial Level Refresher Training on January 17–18, 2025, at the PSA PhilSys Room in Jolo, Sulu. Led by Registration Officer II Abzar B. Usman and supported by key resource persons, the training was attended by Registration Kit Operators, Registration Assistants, and National ID office-based personnel.

The training was designed to revisit and enhance the participants' understanding of the registration workflow and processes. Its key objectives included ensuring the efficient and accurate issuance of National ID, improving registrant satisfaction, and maintaining a secure and seamless registration process. The sessions focused on providing updates on registration guidelines, addressing common challenges encountered during field operations, and ensuring consistency in the quality-of-service delivery. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, the importance of adopting a systematic approach to initial registration was established. Participants also gained insights into best practices for handling various scenarios to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for registrants.

Overall, the 2025 PhilSys Provincial Level Refresher Training was a success. The training achieved its goals of Refreshing National ID staff knowledge and skills, ensuring the seamless Registration and issuance of National ID paper form this 2025 onwards.
