This initiative was launched to bring the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) registration services directly to the remote barangays of Togaig in Barira, Maguindanao del Norte. The government's "PhilSys on Wheels" initiative is a crucial endeavor to integrate every Filipino, irrespective of location, into the national identification system. This initiative also extended its services to children aged 1-4, allowing them to be part of the national ID system early on. Equipped with mobile registration units capable of handling a large volume of applicants, the PSA-Maguindanao PhilSys team worked efficiently to provide comprehensive registration services. This initiative highlights the government's dedication to ensuring that every Filipino, especially those in remote areas, has the opportunity to benefit from essential government services and benefits.
