The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU), through the Moro National Liberation Front Peace Office (MNLF PPO), coordinated with the Philippine Statistics Authority - Sulu to support the upcoming implementation of the MNLF Transformation Program on 23 to 27 April 2025, including the Verification and Socio-economic Profiling (VP). This initiative, Spearheaded by Ms. Ihna Marie Banngoy, Socie Econ Focal Person, and in collaboration with Peace Process Coordinator Mr. Bensaudi Sawabi of the MNLF Peace Process Office and the PSA  - Sulu, aims to streamline necessary processes, and facilitate the registration and issuance of the National ID, along with the Birth Registration Assistance Process (BRAP).


A significant meeting was held on March 18, 2025, at the PSA-Sulu Office, 2F Notre Dame Commercial Center, Walled City, Jolo, Sulu, where Mr. Bensaudi Sawabi discussed the implementation of the MNLF Transformation Program particularly the logistical arrangements, coordination, and essential aspects of the upcoming Verification and Socio-economic Profiling (VP) activity in the province of Sulu, as well as the National ID Registration and Registration of Birth certificate for unregistered MNLF combatants.
