With the support of the Office of MP Dr. Hashemi Dilangalen and in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority - BARMM Maguindanao, the program offered free applications for driver’s licenses, National ID registrations, ePhilID issuance, and Certificates of Live Birth on Security Paper (SECPA).

The opening program was attended by OIC-Regional Director Akan G. Tula, MPA, and Chief Statistical Specialist Naldo G. Pendaliday, MPA, who joined Mayor Dilangalen in encouraging residents to benefit from the services. Mayor Dilangalen expressed his gratitude, urging everyone to take advantage of the program to secure essential identification documents and improve access to government services.

OIC-Regional Director Tula emphasized the significance of the program in helping citizens obtain necessary documents that support their everyday needs. “These documents enhance access to various government services, opportunities, and protections," said Tula, underscoring the importance of the PSA’s role in making these services readily available.

The Serbisyong NKab Para sa Lahat initiative reflects the commitment of the Northern Kabuntalan leadership to foster inclusive and accessible services for all its constituents, marking a meaningful start to the town’s anniversary celebration.
