The convening was with the explicit intention of apprising the Provincial Government of the forthcoming CBMS initiative scheduled for implementation this year. Deliberations between PSA officials and provincial government representatives focused on devising robust oversight mechanisms, particularly concerning security measures during the enumeration process, to preemptively address any potential disputes that may arise within the province.

“Rest assured that the Governor will endorse the program to the municipalities and work with the PSA for the success of the CBMS” Atty. Cyrus E. Torrena, the Provincial Administrator, on his opening message. Joining him were the esteemed Department Heads of the Provincial Government, united in their commitment to this pivotal endeavor.
