The PSA-RSSO BARMM PhilSys Focal Person, Registration Officer III, Mr. Bolkia D. Dumama, conducted a three-day comprehensive oversight and supervision of the PSA-Sulu PhilSys personnel to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of the registration process.

A significant  short meeting was held on January 27, 2025, at PhilSys section in Notre Dame Commercial Complex,  The meeting focused on providing updates on registration guidelines and Issuance of National ID paper form. PhilSys field personnel, supervised by the Regional Focal Person, implemented various initiatives and strategic approaches to enhance the registration process and accommodate a greater number of registrants.

The Regional Focal Person, Mr. Bolkia D. Dumama, visited the Registration Kit Operator (RKO) along with the PSA-Sulu PhilSys staff at Timbangan Elementary School, Indanan, Sulu, on January 28, 2025. The PSA-Sulu PhilSys collaborates with schools to facilitate Step 2 registration, ensuring broader access to the National ID.

The Step 2 registration held at Parang Alu Layag-layag sittio Bato-itum on January 29, 2025  to provide a more accessible way of registration to the said residence. The initiation were inititated by the regional focal together with the PSA-Sulu PhilSys, to ensure better services and quality performance of the staff. They continue to work closely with local government units and partners to ensure an inclusive National ID registration, including  children below five years old, providing them a unique and secure proof of identification.
