This two-day program allowed individuals to obtain birth certificates in SECPA (Security Paper) format and register for PhilHealth and the Philippine National ID. During the opening ceremony, Chief Statistical Specialist (CSS) Naldo G. Pendaliday, MPA, highlighted PSA-Maguindanao's commitment to delivering accessible, crucial services to vulnerable groups. “The Philippine Statistics Authority - Maguindanao is here to serve the combatants who lack birth certificates in SECPA and are not yet registered in the national ID system,” Pendaliday stated. Over two days, the event successfully supported numerous combatants by providing them with the necessary documentation to access health benefits, official identification, and welfare services. By the program's conclusion, all participating combatants received the assistance they needed, underscoring PSA-Maguindanao, OPAPRU, and PhilHealth's dedication to ensuring these communities are not left behind. This joint effort underscores PSA-Maguindanao and OPAPRU’s ongoing commitment to peace and the normalization process, fostering an inclusive society where essential services are accessible.
