Parang, Sulu - In its continuing effort to ensure that no Filipino is left behind in the implementation of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Sulu successfully conducted a house-to-house mobile registration for bedridden senior citizens, last June 27, 2025, at Barangay Bulih Bawang.

The registrants, identified as residents of Brgy. Bulih Bawang, have been bedridden due to chronic illness, making it impossible for them to visit the designated registration center. With the support of the clients’ family and the coordination of local barangay officials, the PSA field registration team brought the necessary equipment directly to the clients’ home.

Our goal is to make the National ID accessible to all, especially to senior citizens and this initiative reflects our strong commitment to inclusive service delivery.
