16 July 2025, Cotabato City – The Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD) of PSA-BARMM conducted its Mid-Year Performance Review (MYPR) 2025 from July 15 to 16, 2025, at Lakandula Conference Hall, PSA-BARMM Regional Office, Cotabato City.

The activity was led by Ms. Noronisa D. Macadadaya, OIC-Division Chief of CRASD, and graced by PSA-BARMM OIC-Regional Director Akan G. Tula, who delivered an inspirational message during the opening program and fellowship night. The review aimed to assess first-semester accomplishments, resolve issues, and update the second-semester work program.

The activity focused on presenting actual accomplishments, revising work programs, and identifying section-specific challenges such as those related to HR, CRASM, supply, and finance. Budget Officer II Maila U. Mantil facilitated the discussion on setbacks and proposed solutions. 

Further, Ms. Rufaidah T. Ibrahim, Accountant III, guided the staff in updating the ORAP and RRAP and provided sample demonstrations. CRASD personnel shared their major accomplishments using the updated reporting format. Financial and physical targets were reviewed, and a catch-up plan for the second semester was formulated.

The activity concluded with the “Ways Forward” presented by OIC-CRASD Macadadaya, in which the activity aims to assess the progress and address problems that were encountered during the first semester.
