The PSA team confidently discussed the overview and objectives of the CBMS and the possible assistance to be provided by the CBMS Coordinating Board to ensure a smooth undertaking on the ground. The LGU warmly welcomed the team and pledged its support, including the Philippine National Police's assistance in ensuring the field personnel's safety and security throughout the enumeration.

The LGU raised some concerns such as the hiring process and listing of the eligible household members, and in response, the PSA team implied the conformity to the protocol as long as it did not bypass any legal matter or whatever is in the Field Operation Manual. On the other hand, The LGU promptly pledged the necessary support, whether listed or not in the elaborated presentation, that they may extend to fully implement the operation in the municipality and commence it successfully.

In attendance at the meeting were the esteemed Hon. Cahar P. Ibay – the Municipal Mayor, Karim O. Omar – the Municipal Civil Registrar, May N. Quesada – the MPDC, Adanea K. Alfonso – the HRMO, Jose Emmanuel R. Lee – the Municipal Engineer, Esmael M Biruar – the ABC President. Additionally, various representatives of the LGU’s department heads, and active individuals from the Local Government Unit (LGU) graced the gathering with their presence.
