07 July 2025, Cotabato City — The Statistical Operations and Coordination Division (SOCD) of the Philippine Statistics Authority- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PSA BARMM) successfully conducted its 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review from 03 to 04 July 2025 at Cotabato City.

The session was spearheaded by Mr. Edward Donald F. Eloja, Chief SOCD, and participated by the SOCD staff. The activity was also attended online by the OIC- Regional Director, Engr. Akan G. Tula.

RD Tula, commended the SOCD Team for conducting the 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review session and advised the senior staff and regional focal persons to be on top of the operations, continue improving their strategies, and develop a good rapport with the provincial offices.

Chief SOCD Eloja, expressed his appreciation to all the staff for sharing their experiences and ideas to help improve the operations of SOCD. He said that the success of a team relies on the cooperation and contribution of its members.

The 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review (MYPR) aims to comprehensively assess the progress and performance of all Philippine Statistics Authority Operating Units (PSA OUs), comprising the Offices, Services, Units, Divisions, Regional Statistical Service Offices (RSSOs), and Provincial Statistical Offices (PSOs), during the first semester of  2025. It is designed to evaluate the progress, identify areas for improvement, and foster collaboration within PSA, to ensure the successful achievement of agency goals for the year.
