The PSA Maguindanao Staff Attended the Writeshop on the Preparation of Information, Education, and Communication Materials for Provincial Product Accounts

Subnational Economic Accounts Division (SEAD), in collaboration with the PSA Personnel of the Regional Statistical Services Offices (RSSO) and Provincial Statistical Offices (PSO) of all 82 Provinces and 33 Highly Urbanized Cities, spearheaded the compilation of PPA to support its institutionalization by 2025. The PPA aims to provide timely and reliable data on the economic performance of provinces and HUCs in the country for a more evidence-based local level planning and policy interventions.

Moreover, the activity became an avenue for PSA Personnel to discuss relevant concerns and challenges in the compilation of PPA, specifically on data support, data harmonization, and data privacy.
