The main obstacle faced during the registration process was the remote location of barangays and schools, coupled with the high transportation costs associated with reaching these areas. Due to Barira’s distant location, Registration Supervisor SAMIR B. HASHIM, who leads the PhilSys Maguindanao Team based in Cotabato City, traveled to Barira to oversee registration activities in schools, madrasah, and barangays, as well as a comprehensive registration drive targeting children aged 1 to 4 years old. The Philippine Statistics Authority-Maguindanao office, led by CSS NALDO G. PENDALIDAY, MPA, extends sincere gratitude to the local government heads for their steadfast support. A total of two (2) registration kit operators and one (1) supervisor were deployed to Barira, Maguindanao del Norte.
